- Fragrant blooms
- Possible flowers this year, but incredibly likely will flower next year
- This species is naturally found in Southeast Asia and has been growing in Florida
- It typically blooms splendidly during September through October

Light:
- Medium light OR
- Bright indirect light OR
- Dappled light throughout the day OR
- Direct light during the morning or late, late afternoon making sure to avoid direct sunlight during midday

Watering: water enough so that it's soaking
- Once every 5-7 days if its potted OR
- Twice a week if it's mounted
- Slightly dry during the winter months

Fertilize:
- Purchase orchid fertilizer and apply regular per instruction by manufacturer

Special Note:
- May lose a couple of leaves as it grows, but will not drop each leaves
- Do not cut off old, dry, bare canes
